At Centre for Physiotherapy, we strive to provide high-quality physiotherapy services. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
---1. Service-Based Policy
As a healthcare service provider, we do not offer physical products. Therefore, this policy applies to consultations, therapy sessions, and service packages.
---2. No Refund After Service
Once a consultation or physiotherapy session has been completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
---3. Appointment Cancellation
- Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund
- Missed appointments (No-show) are non-refundable
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical error during payment
- Appointment canceled by the clinic
5. Refund Process
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.

For home visit physiotherapy:
- Cancellation must be done prior to therapist dispatch
- If therapist has already been assigned or traveled, charges may apply
7. Package Services
For therapy packages:
- Unused sessions may be reviewed for partial refund
- Used sessions are non-refundable
